hullo. i'm here. (every other monday and friday! how'd you know about that?)
been running around hunting down drawings and fighting the copy machine, and had to leave the building for a fire drill(/false alarm?) in the middle of it all.
Can blowing your nose too much cause serious problems? It's giving me major pain in the sinuses.. and what if i blow out something important?
Well, if i can just find meself a good bowl of chicken soup i'll be content. :)

do you mean bling bling? like the sound effect for mucho posh shiny things
...
fro: yes i meant bling bling, but you have to say it with LA-ttitude which comes out "Blang Blang" babe!
...
aha.
My ears are stuffed. you know when you get out of the swimming pool and you have to jump up and down with your head tilted? it's like that.
I finally had to admit yesterday that i was sick. It won. I lost.
:( after such a long and drawn out battle...
i guess it was good that i stayed home and rested.

did i tell you i get tomorrow off? yup. what, it's Lincoln's Birthday. a very important date in history.
i think i will immerse myself in the half-dozen projects i've had ongoing forever. maybe try to finish one.
And maybe even do a little reading up on the Man of the Hour himself. :)
email is such a wonderful thing. one of the many things our generation takes for granted. but replying just now to a reply of the forward of my original email, with everything documented & accessible at the scroll of my mouse, i thought i would give it just a little shout out ;)
...
fro: truly a well deserved shout out! I also love being able to send a word/ excel document through email without having to get out of the program. technologically challenged me just found that out a while ago, so i can send all my PO's straight from word w/o trying to attach everything :)

aha, so you've turned to macs again, eh? ;)
...
as much as i think i want a mac, i want to make use of the autocad i have [i have a cd so that means i should be able to install it on a new computer (but not if i don't get a windows one), right?..]
i was looking online at the gateway 450 series. are they good?
i know people like dell but i can't see myself getting any of the dell notebooks.
thinking about all this gives me a headache, every time. there are just too many laptops out there, and too many companies selling them. yuk.
and ten times the yuk for computer unsavvy, indecisive me.
i guess i'll just save myself the pain til i have the dough for one.
